Descrizione: Common to the region, the primary grape variety used is Sangiovese which thrives in the warmth of the low-lying hills on which the vineyard resides. The international Merlot varietal adds its juicy, elegant tannins, and adaptability to this structured medium bodied wine. Aromas of ripe cherries and spices hit the nose and on the palate, the wine is fresh and elegant – a succulent blend of cherries and chocolate, and fine tannins with a clean finish.
