Trevisi Gin was founded in the Treviso area: legend has it that the ancient recipe was found inside one of the four shipwrecks that had disappeared in a sheltered bend in the Sile river, where the Burci Cemetery is located. The experience of their master distiller has allowed them to create a unique product of its kind, thanks to the use of high-level raw materials and techniques. At the basis of this process there is a superior quality alcohol, obtained from selected cereals, in which juniper berries of alpine origin are infused, and later their botanicals, all attributable to the Treviso area. Once the juniper and botanical tincture has been created, they proceed with a second distillation, using a special water bath still, which follows precise timing, and obtaining a juniper alcoholate which is the heart of their gin. Raw materials, method, respect for deadlines and attention allow him to obtain a distilled gin, with perfumed, slightly bitter but at the same time round notes.
