Where time is marked by the rising and setting of the sun, where nature gives emotions, where the earth, plants and fruits find life, it is there that man becomes a farmer. The farm bears witness to the history of a family, which for generations has raised vineyards and olive groves, harvesting fruits that give life to products full of culture, tradition and love for their land. After several years of experimentation, the Torre del Pagus farm was founded in 2001, with its own land, completely restructured according to the most scrupulous agronomic techniques. Using the organic farming method, they produce wines and oils by combining ancient agricultural practices with modern transformation technologies. Their lands are located in the hills at the foot of Mount Taburno in a scenario characterized by a strong presence of vines and olive trees, an area boasting various denominations of origin. Their wines proudly express the essence of their territory.
