Tenute dei Ciclopi is situated in Passopisciaro, on the northern slope of Mount Etna. Led by Salvo Foti, the winemaker who revitalized Etna viticulture, the founders, friends from university and internationally engaged in educational innovation, invested in their homeland by acquiring 7 hectares of vineyards from some of Etna’s historic winemaking families. All wines are exclusively crafted from indigenous Etna grape varieties, following sustainable principles.
