For the past 20 years, the Wieserhof has been managed by the second generation of the Wieser family. During this time, the concept of the La Traversara project has gradually taken shape. On one hand, the Wieser family sought an alternative to apple cultivation; on the other hand, the altitudes around 600-700 m, characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night, have become increasingly appealing for producing wines with a robust character, intense fruit flavors, and balanced acidity.
