In the south-eastern part of Lake Garda, on the shores of the Laghetto del Frassino Oasis, stands “Tenuta Tosi”, a family-run farm that has been producing Lugana wine with love and passion for years. The farm was founded in the 90s by Angela Tosi and hers is a story made of love and passion for her land. The estate which, to date, extends over about 18 hectares in the heart of the “Lugana” area, is now run by her son Carlo, who follows in his mother’s footsteps with dedication and enormous passion, producing excellent results. After years of typically retail sales, in 2017 the spearhead of the estate was created, namely the Lugana “I Vegri”, a wine obtained exclusively from Turbiana grapes, strictly hand-picked and fully ripe. “I Vegri” features a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. It is a fresh, mineral, harmonious and particularly delicate wine with a typical hint of peach in the finish and soft notes of white flowers.
