The Artimino Estate spans 700 hectares, 70 of which are dedicated to vineyards. The Villa Medicea La Ferdinanda was commissioned by Grand Duke Ferdinando I de’ Medici in 1596 and designed by Bernardo Buontalenti. In 1989, the Artimino estate was acquired by Giuseppe Olmo, a renowned Italian cyclist who set the Hour Record with a speed of 45.090 km/h in 1935. Annabella Pascale and Francesco Spotorno Olmo, representing the third generation of the family, have been leading the estate for the past few years.
