The territory is enriched by indigenous grape varieties such as the white berry Spergola, as well as black berry varieties including Sgavetta, Lambrusco Montericco, Barghi, and Oliva. The vineyards thrive on chalk-rich soil and are cultivated using exclusively natural techniques and products, avoiding the use of chemicals.
