Sushi on wheels to reach you wherever you are. The idea came almost as a joke, but quickly materialized thanks to the passion for Japanese cuisine. A personal touch to the ritual and precise cuisine of Japan is added. Sure, they prepare sushi, but the way they like it, to make all their recipes truly unique. The dishes cooked aboard their Food Truck are freshly prepared, without using secret ingredients: they encourage people to browse over the counter, to observe the dishes being prepared. They create a mix of oriental and local flavours, to bring the taste and colour of the dishes beyond tradition. Fish and rice are undoubtedly the pillars of Japanese cuisine, to which they add new ingredients from time to time, always with particular care.
