Spirito del Farmacista was founded in 2017 from an intuition of Sandro Bason, who saw in his profession as a pharmacist an evolution in the field of spirits and also to make some secret dreams come true, such as the creation of Amaro 3.14, the result of a ancient recipe he revised and perfected. The collaboration in recent times with Matteo Capellaro, sommelier and expert of the Ho.re.ca. channel, has led the already award-winning Gin A Boh Distillato to have a drier setting, more in line with increasingly demanding palates. All stages of the manufacturing process follow a rigorously artisanal process. Amaro 3.14 is cold worked, filtered on pure cellulose. A Boh Gin is distilled in a small still in a water bath to ensure uniform heating of the macerate to be distilled. For their liqueurs they use grain alcohol of French production. The juniper berries are made up of a very soft and balanced mix of Austrian and French origin, the other botanicals are the same as Amaro 3.14. Amaro 3.14 won the IWSC London 2019 gold medal. A Boh Gin won the IWSC London 2021 silver medal.
