“Bingiateris,” the name of the company, is not just the name of a wine, but also the embodiment of the dream that led eight friends from Ortueri to establish a small winery. They reclaimed the vineyards of their fathers and grandfathers with the goal of producing what, in their memories, was the epitome of wines: Mandrolisai. An absolute excellence that, until a few decades ago, was regarded by Sardinians as the Sunday wine – a special, palate-pleasing red reserved for festive occasions.
