Sibiliana Vini srl is a commercial subsidiary of Cantine Europa S.C.A. The brand was created in 2014 with the aim of selecting the best vineyards and the best grapes from the suppliers of Cantine Europa, to produce the best wines that the area could offer. The brand name refers to the Sibiliana Tower, a symbolic building of the city of Petrosino and of the entire coastal area between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. Inside the Sibiliana Tower there was a lantern that helped the fishing boats to reach the coast. Today as then, the value of this lantern remains: they are committed to illuminating and researching the best that their territory can offer from a wine-growing point of view. Sibiliana is the union of a joint work for the production of wines best representing the characteristics of the Sicilian wine territory. Their productions focus on native grapes of the area, such as Grillo, Nero D’Avola, Catarratto, Perricone, Grecanico, Frappato, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese, Zibibbo, Carricante but also on international varieties such as Chardonnay, Viogner, Pinot Grigio, and Syrah.
