Located in the municipalities of Salaparuta and Partanna, in the province of Trapani, the farm covers an area of about 140 hectares, thus embracing Western Sicily. Here, thanks to the perfectly ventilated and sunny hills and the right temperature range between day and night, optimal conditions are created for the management of the crops according to the organic farming schemes. The farm has existed for many generations and was gradually enlarged with the acquisition of neighbouring land in the early 1990s. They started as producers of grapes and olives and these products were and still are mostly given to other wineries/cooperatives. For some years now they have decided to produce their own line of bottled wines. The choice fell on native vines reflecting the traditions and the territory in which they are grown: Nero d’Avola, Grillo and Zibibbo. Purity, tradition, truth. A terroir from other times that strengthens the link with their territory and their origins.
