Six historic wineries of Collio have united to celebrate Pinot Bianco as an emblem of their territory, collaboration, and elegance. Castello di Spessa, Livon, Komjanc, Russiz Superiore, Toros, and Venica&Venica have established the ‘Rete d’impresa Pinot Bianco nel Collio’ dedicated to championing the excellence of this grape variety. Their objective is to showcase the unique characteristics of the territory while preserving and elevating Pinot Bianco among the world’s finest white grape varieties.
