Description: Produced with native white grapes using an ancient local methodology similar to that of red wines. The vineyards are very old, minimally treated, and yield very little. The grapes are harvested late by hand, crushed and fermented on the pomace with native yeasts. Sulphites are kept to a minimum. It is aged for 3 years in the bottle. It has an intense yellow color, an aromatic and fragrant aroma, and a harmoniously complex flavor.
