Description: The Extra Brut version has only 2g/l of residual sugar, making it effectively a Brut Nature. The secondary fermentation is carried out more slowly, taking about 80 days, to impart, in addition to the classic hints of fresh fruit, also subtle notes of yeast and toasted almond, providing greater complexity and finesse that are evident both on the nose and palate.
