Description: Bright golden colour of excellent intensity; very fine, numerous and persistent effervescence. The olfactory attack is broad and refined, expressing generous and very open tones; linden, bergamot, candied citron, a light toast of salted dried fruit and chopped hazelnuts. Secondly, the liquorice root, bitter orange and anise emerge with a saline finish. Full, flowing, clean and direct wine, with great sapidity and freshness; decidedly transversal and tasty, excellent elegance and persistence.
