Description: The grapes come from old quality vineyards well exposed to the winds coming from the sea. The vinification takes place in steel, with maceration on the skins for a couple of days. After racking, the wine is aged on the fine lees for 5 months. Typical Vermentino. The colour is straw yellow; on the nose it has Mediterranean and citrus notes, rosemary and sage. Pleasant flavour and freshness. Persistent.
