Description: The destemmed grapes undergo fermentation for approximately 15 days in contact with the skins. After both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete, the wine is aged in barriques for about 16 months. Intense ruby red in color with violet highlights, it boasts rich, fruity aromas complemented by varietal notes, as well as hints of spice and toastiness. Elegant and smooth on the palate, it exhibits surprising length with enjoyable notes of ripe red fruits.
