Description: Harvest late in October, vinification in white with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13-15 °C for 20 days in stainless steel. Ageing on the fine lees for 2 months. Organoleptic characteristics Brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, it offers intense aromas, hints of pineapple and mango alternating with aromas of nectarine and sage. On the palate fruity, fresh and juicy, with good acidity. Good structure and complexity.
