Description: Vinification: the grapes are cooled and softly pressed, the must is statically cold decanted and fermented in cement at a controlled temperature. Refinement: 10 months in concrete tanks at controlled temperature. Characteristics: straw yellow colour; on the nose it is fruity, floral and mineral, while in the mouth it has a good freshness. It has hints of citrus, acacia, white rose and hay.
