Description: Shesh i Zi is produced using the finest quality of the Shesh i zi grape variety from the Belba vineyards in the Golemas area. Harvesting is done manually from late October, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 36 months in large oak barrels. Recommended serving temperature: 18°C.
