Description: Grapes Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Aleatico, Malvasia nera, and small percentages of other varieties. Organic wine. Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in steel and wood for 12 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle. Ruby red color with violet hues, broad and persistent aroma, hints of red berry fruit and spicy notes, complex flavor, good structure with full and soft tannins.
