Description: A wine of elegance, structure, length and deep colour between red and purple. Its perfume is concentrated but of great finesse and reveals hints of wood, spices and light vanilla. Manual harvest, in crates, towards the end of October. Destemming and maceration for about 15 days to extract the great phenolic potential. In French oak barrels, in rooms at a constant temperature for about 24 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.
