Description: White Sauvignon wine produced from the same grapes, with a pale straw colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it has elegant notes of tropical fruit grapefruit and lime. On the palate intense hints of citrus, pineapple and peach. Persistent savoury and mineral aftertaste, characteristic of these lands. The rather limited production per hectare and the winemaking techniques contribute to the creation of a wine with an identity and firm in its typicality.
