Description: This wine is made from hand-selected grapes and produced in small quantities. It is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine, with a very fine and constant perlage. Soft straw yellow shades. Lean, fruity and harmonious. 9 months fermentation in autoclave; it has very intense aromas reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. Its particular fruity and elegant aroma and its dry and delicate flavour make it particularly suitable as an aperitif or with delicate dishes.
