Description: Light pink with aromas of cherry and wild berries. Fresh, intense taste with hints of raspberries and wild strawberries. The ageing in amphorae gives it a certain roundness accompanied by a sense of roundness and softness. Obtained by draining the red wine after three/four hours of maceration and by soft pressing of the racemes at the beginning of October. Non malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature.
