Description: The Sabìn is straw yellow in color, with a subtle hue. Its aromatic profile is characterized by herbaceous and vegetal notes typical of the Mediterranean landscape, followed by hints of peach and tropical fruits. After approximately 10 months of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled and then aged for 18 to 24 months in glass, at a controlled temperature of 15°C.
