Obtained from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Groppello and Barbera grapes. The last two, present in smaller percentages, are vinified in red with a 10-day maceration, while the Cabernet part, harvested when fully ripe, macerates with a submerged cap for 50 days. The result is a wine of great thickness but at the same time very drinkable, very full of colour in the glass and with hints of pepper, vanilla, chocolate and blackberry.
