Description: Vinification for red wine at a controlled temperature of 20/22 degrees Celsius for 14/18 days, followed by racking through soft pressing and subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine presents itself with a beautiful amaranth red color, and a persistent aroma with sensations of spices, berries, vanilla, and chocolate. On the palate, it is soft, with just the right amount of tannins, elegant, and with excellent persistence.
