Description: Obtained from native vines on deep soil composed of clay and silt (145 m above sea level.) with spurred cordon and Guyot cultivation methods. San Colombano controlled denomination of origin wine, delicate and complex, in which fruity aromas (blackberry), red flowers and spicy notes (light note of vanilla and liquorice) are found. The remarkable alcohol content is well compensated by an excellent tannin content which makes it absolutely suitable for ageing.
