Description: “Rosso 39,” a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, “venetized” with Raboso, takes its name from the masonry wine vessel that welcomes guests at the entrance of the winery. Vinification occurs in cement with selected yeasts, followed by 7-10 days of maceration, aging in oak barriques for 6-8 months, and further aging in cement for 8 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle for 12 months.
