Description: “Rosso 39,” a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, “Venetianized” with Raboso, takes its name from the masonry wine vessel that welcomes guests at the entrance of the winery. Vinification in concrete with selected yeasts, 7-10 days of maceration, aging in oak barriques for 6-8 months, and in concrete for an additional 8 months. Subsequently, bottling and bottle aging for 12 months ensue.
