Description: The vinification takes place with the bleeding technique. A fresh wine of 100% Sangiovese grapes removed from the skin after pressing and fermented in white. Aromas of ripe fruit, with floral notes of rose and strawberry. Fresh, light, refreshing, balanced, dry taste. Brilliant, clear and bright pinkish red colour. It differs from the classic rosés in terms of structure and alcohol content (13%), therefore it is a fresh and thirst-quenching wine and at the same time full-bodied and alcoholic.
