Description: Obtained from the best grapes of Salento di Primitivo, harvested manually in the last ten days of August and vinified with the most advanced cellar techniques. Brilliant with coral reflections, on the nose it is complex with floral and citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, velvety and closes with a long and pleasant finish of blueberries and cherries. To be served cold. Ideal for aperitifs all year round, it gives its best with fish dishes and crudités.
