Description: Wine obtained from Corvina and Rondinella grapes. After a night of contact with the skins to obtain the typical colour of Chiaretto di Bardolino, it is left to ferment in large wooden barrels where it will also rest at the end of fermentation. More structured than the Chiaretto obtained from fermentation in steel, it goes well with fish-based dishes and not very elaborate red meat ones. Serving temperature 16/18°C
