Description: Soft pressing of the hand-picked grapes. The must is immediately separated from the skins and fermented at a low temperature in temperature-controlled steel tanks (18 – 20°C). Deep straw yellow colour, sometimes with a pale hint of antique gold. Fruity aroma with clear hints of green hazelnut and Roman chamomile. Fresh, savoury taste, with sensations recalling its perfume.
