Description: Harvest: second half of September. Collected manually in crates. Vinification: in purity. Destemming and maceration in tanks for 8-10 days. Subsequently racking, pressing of the marc and ageing in French oak barrels. Sensory analysis: on the nose it is fruity, with hints of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, on a background of black pepper and tobacco. The colour is ruby red with violet reflections. On the palate it is full-bodied, dry and persistent. Measured acidity and tannins.
