Description: Project X is aged for 24 months in French and Serbian oak wood, Then blended and kept in 5000 L casks for a year. Then stainless until filtration (natural with egg whites) and bottling. This wine is an interesting cuvee that has a special Aroma: Fruity aromas, plums, blackberries, blueberries. On the palate: dry, soft and velvety with a burst of jam, medium plus body. Matches well with red as well as cured meat, a variety of cheeses, and dark chocolate with chili, herbs and spices.
