Description: Vinification: Soft pressing with 66% flower must yield, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C with selected yeasts. Refinement: 7 months on the lees with frequent stirring. Notes from the sommelier: Intense straw yellow wine with fruity hints of litchi, passion fruit and floral notes of chamomile, acacia and box flower. In the mouth it is full, soft, fresh and with a fruity and floral finish.
