Description: Pure Pinot Grigio DOC from the Veneto region is part of the single-varietal collection, designed to showcase the unique characteristics of each grape variety. It undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts. The wine is aged until the following spring after harvest before being bottled.
