Description: Harvested by hand, soft pressing of the skins, eight-day fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts. This straw-yellow wine, with a brilliant hue, highlights a fine olfactory quality with floral (hawthorn and wildflowers) and fruity scents. Full-bodied, the Pinot Bianco denotes freshness and discreet flavour. The taste quality is good with a predominance of persistence over intensity. The varietal response is marked.
