Description: Pieve San Quirico is a Cabernet Sauvignon aged in barrels that stands out for its intense ruby colour and its enveloping aromas of small red fruits such as red and black cherries. This wine is obtained from dried grapes giving it a complex and full-bodied structure. After fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels for a period of time which allows vanilla and coconut notes to develop.
