Description: This Chardonnay with an intense straw yellow colour gives off a fragrant and fruity scent evoking the Renetta apple, banana and bread crust. Very delicate on the palate, it is characterized by a slight acidity. Guyot cultivation system. Vinification, cold skin maceration, cold static decantation, fermentation for about 12 days in steel vats. Aged on noble lees for 6 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 2 months.
