Description: Vermentino DOCG Superiore hailing from the far northern reaches of Gallura. Cultivated organically, without the use of chemicals. The vines are grown facing the sea on granite soil, with strong exposure to winds, especially the Mistral (Isola dei Gabbiani). Production is limited to 8,000 bottles (yielding 20 quintals per hectare). This unique Vermentino is distinguished by its remarkable salinity.
