Description: The Cannonau DOC from the far northern part of Gallura is cultivated organically without the use of chemicals. The vineyard faces the sea on a granite surface with strong exposure to winds, particularly the mistral wind (Isola dei Gabbiani). With production limited to 2,700 bottles (yield 20 quintals roof), this Cannonau is unique, boasting beautiful tannins and incredible drinkability.
