Description: Sparkling wine with intense and delicate aromas, featuring fruity and floral notes reminiscent of wisteria and rose. Its taste is harmonious and fragrant. Made from Glera grapes, handpicked and selected between the second decade of September and the first of October. After undergoing traditional winemaking processes, the secondary fermentation stage occurs using the Charmat method, with re-fermentation in autoclaves for 30-40 days.
