Description: Perfugio, the Latin translation of “refuge”, is a special place, family emblem and trace of the history of their land. It is a wine with a soft pink colour, intense hints of fresh and exotic fruit and herbaceous notes; the taste is dry and pleasantly fresh, the aftertaste is fruity and persistent. It is obtained from Negroamaro grapes grown on the Apulian espalier and sapling system, harvested by hand in the second and third ten days of September.
