Description: Papaz 2018 is produced with the finest qualities of Kabjuro, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes from the Belba vineyards in the Golemas area. Harvesting is done manually from late October, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The aging process lasts for 24 months in oak tonneau barrels. Recommended serving temperature: 18°C.
