Description: Deriving from the cultivation of 40-year-old Guyot vineyards. Ageing for 2 years in oak barrels and one year in the bottle. On the nose it is very floral with predominating violets and black fruits. On the palate it is firm but well balanced, hints of vanilla are added to ripe black fruits, well integrated tannins and a very persistent finish. It surprises with the evolutions and improvements it can give over time, if left to age in the bottle.
